How to order
Q: How do I order from biju.co.uk?
A: Our ordering process is straightforward and easy to follow. If you
see any product you like, you can order it within three minutes.
1: Product pages
On each of our product range pages, you can buy any of the items shown.
For more information on each item, just click the appropriate link where
you will be presented with another window containing extra information.
Use the form at the bottom of the page to fill in the quantity, colour
and size of each item you wish to order in that category. Next click the
'Add to basket' button.
Don't forget that we offer an embroidery
service for each of your items. If you choose embroidery, you will be
taken to the embroidery details page where you can specify the type of
embroidery that you require. Please note that if you choose to have embroidery,
the items are not added to your shopping basket until you click the 'Add
to basket' button on the embroidery page.
2: Shopping Basket page
On the Shopping Basket page you can see the contents of your basket and
the cost of your order.
You can modify your order on this page, if you wish to take an item out
of the basket or change the quantity ordered.
The next step is to press 'Proceed to Checkout' where we start to gather
your personal details to fulfill your order (please see our privacy
statement if you have any concerns).
If you are not sending the item to an address in the UK, please click
the link available to enter the country that you are sending them to,
then we can calculate the appropriate purchase tax for you.
3: Checkout page
When you have reached the Checkout page, we must gather your details so
that we can fulfill your order and meet the legal requirements for making
a sale.
Up until this point, your order has not been confirmed or any personal
details stored about you. If you proceed past this page, to the secure
payment page, then an entry is made in our database whilst we await confimation
that your payment has been authorised.
On the Checkout page, you should fill in details of where you would like
your order delivered (don't forget, if you live within a six mile radius
of Worthing, England, your delivery is free!).
This page also holds the option to opt out of our 'Special Offers Newsletter'
where we will inform you of any special offers that biju.co.uk have. Please
remember to check the box provided if you do not wish to join our mailing
list.

4. Shipping details page
Enter address where someone will be available to sign for the package.
You can enter a different shipping and billing address. We deliver to
an address of your choice: work, home, a friend's or neighbour's house.
The parcel can be left somewhere secure at your risk. Please enter instructions
into the 'Delivery note' box when entering your delivery address.
5. Billing details page.
Enter the details here that your payment card bills are sent to. This
address will be automatically checked by your bank to see that it is correct
and we will receive the results of this check. If the address entered
is deemed incorrect by your bank or is not checked your order despatch
may be delayed.
4: Credit card page
We provide you with a secure method to pay for your biju.co.uk goods through
our Industry Accredited transaction partner PayPoint. PayPoint provide
a high level encrypted payment security system, and payment security checking
to guard against credti card fraud. Your credit card details are encrypted
on transfer and are stored securely for the purposes of payment for your
goods only.

A: You can use all major credit cards except, Diners and American Express.
