Delivering your goods

Individual despatch times are found at the top of each item page under the product name. For most products despatch is 1-3 days. When your order is despatched you will receive an email giving a delivery time. Please allow 10 days for items with personalised embroidery.

How and when will your order be delivered?
Any item over 1kg is delivered by courier on next day delivery within the UK excluding Islands, Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland. Delivery can take 48hrs during busy periods. Items under 1kg are sent by Royal Mail.

You choose where you want your purchase delivered
Please select an address where someone will be available to sign for the package. You can enter a different shipping and billing address. We deliver to an address of your choice: work, home, a friend's or neighbour's house.

Can the parcel be left somewhere secure?
The parcel can be left somewhere secure at your risk. Please enter instructions into the 'Delivery note' box when entering your delivery address.

What happens if your not in?
If you are not in when delivery is attempted a card will be left with a contact number to arrange re-delivery. If you are not in a second time your parcel may be returned to us and there will be an additional charge for re-delivery.

Where do we deliver?
We deliver to the UK, Europe, Canada, USA and Australia. We do not deliver to anywhere else.

We email you when we despatch your goods
On despatch, we will send you a notification email alerting you to the DATE OF DESPATCH.

When will you receive your goods?
Mainland UK orders are usually despatch by courier on a next day service. Small items are sometimes sent by Royal Mail and can take up to 3 days.

Change of Delivery Address
Where an order has been despatched and the customer requires a change of delivery address, there is a £14.00 plus VAT charge to the customer for this service. Which is the cost to us charged by the delivery courier company.

Delivery on special items for businesses
We provide prompt delivery and the most efficient turn-around possible on bespoke items for business customers, such as towels with company logos, woven and printed towels. Please contact us with your requirement for more details of delivery times.

Generally all items featured on the websit are in Stock. However on the rare occasion when we are out of stock you will be advised accordingly. An invoice and receipt will be sent out with every order.
